FAQ
BOOKING A SESSION IN APRIL?
If you are booking a session in April, some spots on campus will have a 30-45 minute line. So, I suggest arriving early to our session to get in line. I also suggest bringing a friend/boyfriend/girlfriend/parent to wait in a line somewhere else if you are choosing two popular spots. For example, in April 2025, lines at The Seal and Ayers were 45-60 minutes long.
Where will we take pictures?
Popular locations on campus are Ped Walkway, Haslam, The Seal, Neyland Stadium, G 10, Ayres, The Torchbearer, Smoky, Alumni Building.
Pick your favorite locations and put them in an order from most important to least important.
What if I want to guarantee more spots?
We can always add more time to your session. Let me know if you want to go above and beyond the "Deluxe" option.
When will we get our photos?
Portrait sessions turn around time is generally 2 weeks.
How many pictures will we receive?
Depends on your package choice! See above! You will be able to download all of the photos from your gallery. You can print them straight from the gallery (for high quality prints) or send them to another photo lab. I highly recommend using the services linked in your gallery. Otherwise, the quality is not the same. Photos from Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc. may be blurry and the colors may not be what you see in your gallery.
When do I pay?
You will pay a $50 deposit that goes towards your total package price. Then, the remainder must be paid at least the day before your session.
What should I wear/bring?
Most girls choose to wear a white dress with heels. Some will bring a jersey to change into or a black dress.
Most people bring their UT stole and a sorority stole if they have one.
Lots of people choose to bring confetti and/or champagne to pop at different locations.
I suggest bringing a comfy pair of shoes to walk around campus in.
